42nd Studios began with its founder, Jaden Styles Nicita. He had always marveled at the impossible, and more importantly how to adapt it to becoming possible. This is where his fascination with technologies originated. Jaden began to fiddle with random pieces of electronics, learning how they worked and making things from them. This desire to create also found its way into the arts, particularly the arts of film, drawing and writing. Jaden, with all these spiraling ideas from his interests, decided to create a company. He brought in two of his friends: Tommy W. (CIO) and Nolan K. (CFO). Together they form 42nd Studios!
